«Resource Center for Elderly» Public Association (hereinafter referred to as «RCE» PA) is a Public Association established in the year 1991 to solve the problems of older generation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
What do we do?
From the moment of its creation, the activity of the « RCE» PA is aimed at promoting the interests and solving the problems of the older generation and other disadvantaged groups of population.
Our mission is to contribute to the creation of a favorable environment aimed at protecting the interests of senior citizens, improving quality of their life, promoting citizen initiatives, as well as a fair state policy for older generation of Kyrgyzstan.
